Alonso Family Vineyard

The Alonso Family Vineyard is located in the Sierra Pelona Valley AVA, about an hour north of Los Angeles, outside a little town called Agua Dulce. It is farmed by Juan Alonso, a visionary who planted an array of lesser known Spanish grape varietals from his native Galicia. Albariño, Treixadura, Godello, Loureiro, Tannat, Tempranillo, Mourvèdre and Syrah are just some of the unique varieties grown at the six acre vineyard. "You don't have to go to France," Juan says. "We can make as good a wine as anybody.”

The Swayze Family Vineyard is a very special ten acre vineyard in the Antelope Valley of the High Desert near Lake Hughes. It is farmed meticulously by salt-of-the-Earth owner Monty Swayze. Located not far from Los Angeles’ iconic poppy reserves, this hard-to-find vineyard requires several dirt roads to get to.

Several of our wineries work with vineyards in the Malibu Coast AVA (American Viticultural Area). With it’s steep hillsides, rocky soils, various exposures, and coastal influence, the region produces a wide range of varietals from Cabernet Sauvignon to Pinot Noir. Some of the vineyards include Montegnaux, Triunfo Canyon, Lobo Canyon, and others.
